Training/Shoots
We create an urgency to sell our brands by keeping our in-store brand ambassadors knowledgeable and trained on our products. We are also the leaders of the industry when it comes to hosting shoots and training events to promote our manufacturers.
Inventory Management/Forecasting
We actively collect inventory and sell thru data to forecast future orders allowing us to “stay ahead” of our buyers. Forecasting future sales demand by using sell thru data is one of the key aspects to sales growth.
Advertising/Promotion
We have an extremely important job to demonstrate to our retailers: the consumer pull our brands have within their stores and how it effects their profitability and turns. We have partnered with regional advertising outlets to keep consumers aware and buying our brands resulting in increased demand and consumer pull thru at the retail store level.
